Daily maintenance, previous hair history, and lifestyle factors all play a role in your final outcome.

By booking an appointment or using recommendations from this website, you acknowledge that hair treatments—including but not limited to coloring, bleaching, chemical straightening, and perms—carry inherent risks. These risks include unexpected color results, hair breakage, or allergic reactions. It is your responsibility to inform your stylist of your full hair history (including past box dyes, chemical treatments, or medications) and any known allergies prior to your service.
Cancelation PolicyÂ
We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24-48 hours' notice. This courtesy allows us to offer the time slot to other clients and keeps the scheduling running smoothly. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will result in a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost. Clients who fail to show up for an appointment will be charged a No-Show fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service cost and future bookings may require full prepayment following a no-show incident. If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time, I may not be able to accommodate the full service. In this case, we may need to shorten the service or reschedule your appointment to avoid impacting the next client's booking. This will be considered a Late Cancellation, and the relevant fee may apply. As a courtesy, we will send a reminder via text 48 hours prior to your appointment. By confirming your appointment, you agree to adhere to all terms of this policy.
Guest Satisfaction & Adjustment Policy
At Casa D’ Foils, we take great pride in our artistry and want you to absolutely love your hair. Because our services are custom-tailored to each individual and involve non-returnable time and professional product, we do not offer initial refunds. Instead, we are committed to perfecting your look through our adjustment process
If you are not fully satisfied with your results, we invite you back for a complimentary adjustment. To qualify, please note the following:

 You must contact the salon within 7 days of your original appointment to request an adjustment.

The adjustment must directly relate to the original goal established during your consultation. Changing your mind or requesting a completely different color or style after the service is performed does not qualify for a complimentary redo.
We prioritize the integrity and health of your hair above all else. We cannot guarantee or adjust results if the hair has been altered outside of our studio. The complimentary adjustment policy is void if:

You or another stylist attempts to chemically alter, color, or cut the hair before returning to our salon.

The hair has been compromised by the use of non-professional, high-sulfate, or "drugstore" products.
